Invited E-poster guideline & submission

Instruction for invited electronic poster (invited E-Poster) preparation

  1. Please submit your electronic poster to as a JPG file in PORTRAIT style. The dimensions of the posters are 120 cm high by 90 cm wide.
  2. All E-poster must be prepared in English.
  3. Font types: Arial, Calibri, Verdana, Times New Roman or Helvetica fonts are recommended.
  4. Font size: 11 points or larger
  5. Hyperlink, animated images, animation and videos are not permitted.
  6. Image and tables: at least 300 dpi or 1500x1500 pixels size. Good picture quality is essential.
  7. File size: less than 5 MB
  8. Rename the JPG file to the following scheme “Family name of the corresponding author_abbreviation of first name.jpg”. For example, “Smith_P.jpg”.
  9. Suggested Format
    • Title: Include a banner frame clearly stating the title of the poster.
    • Backgound: Provide an overview of what you have done, specify the objectives of your study, and point out the significance and value of the research.
    • Methods: Present the methodology.
    • Results: Indicate what your research has revealed.
    • Conclusions: Include, in one frame, an explanation of the ways the results satisfy the research objectives.
    • References: Include your references, if necessary
    • Acknowledgements: Finally, be sure to acknowledge any supports you received
  10. Electronic posters should be submitted to before January 20th,2023 by 23:59 (GMT+7).
  11. No changes can be made to the submitted electronic poster after the submission deadline

Certificate of Poster Presentation will be sent by registered email after the conference.

  • Registration deadline: 3 February 2023 (Extended)
  • Abstract submission deadline: 22 January 2023
  • Invited E-poster submission deadline: 29 January 2023
  • RS E-poster submission deadline: 29 January 2023
